Bumble x Ted Lasso
Imagine this: Bumble, the dating app that’s all about meaningful connections, meets Ted Lasso, the Apple TV+ series that’s a masterclass in optimism and banter (or should I say "Bantr"?). In 2022, I had the absolute joy of helping these two worlds collide, while launching a speed-dating feature. Partnering with the brilliant Patrick Berry on creative direction, I had pleasure to connect these two visual languages together. Mixing Bumble’s confident, connection-focused brand with Ted Lasso’s infectious positivity was no small task. But instead of choosing one voice over the other, we built a creative strategy that let them dance together. This partnership didn’t just boost Bumble’s brand visibility. It became a case study in how two unique worlds can meet in the middle, and created a love story between two brand personalities.
